Due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch skincare products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Because of products are made with natural ingredients and are intended for personal use, we cannot guarantee their condition once they leave our hands. 

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact use within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right.
